There will be three in person sessions. The first session we will discuss your social and family history as well as why you are seeking an ADHD diagnosis. With all of this information I will decide on which assessments would best fit you. The second session is the Testing session and we will go through the different assessments together. The third session is the results session where we discuss the results of the assessments and the next steps you could take regardless of Diagnosis. You will receive a detailed 2-5 page report on all of the assessments taken, their results, reasoning behind results and next steps.

 I accept payment via all major credit cards through my patient portal. I do not accept insurance, but am happy to provide you an invoice to submit to your insurance. There is a $200 deposit required upon booking the Assessment. No shows, and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of Deposit.
